Can I Change the Email Address my Leads are Sent to?

You can change the email address that receives new leads by changing the email address associated with your WooRank account. At this time, it is not possible to have LeadGen emails sent to an email address other than the one connected to your WooRank account.

If you need to receive LeadGen emails at a second email address, we recommend setting up automatic email forwarding for your inbox.

Auto-Forwarding in Gmail

Setting up automatic mail forwarding in Gmail is nice and quick. Once you’re logged in to your email account, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then click on “Settings”.

Then click on “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” at the top of your Settings:

On the forwarding screen, click the “Add a forwarding address” button and enter the email address that you want to receive LeadGen emails.

Before you continue, Google will send you an email to verify that you own the new email address. All you have to do is click the link they send.

Once you’ve verified the new email address, create a filter to forward emails from leads@woorank.com.

On the first filter, enter “leads@woorank.com” in the “From” field and then click “Create filter”.

In the next set of options, check the box for “Forward it to:”, select the new email address from the drop-down menu and then click the “Create filter” button.

And that’s it! You’ll now receive your WooRank leads at the specified email address.

Forwarding Emails in Microsoft Outlook

For Microsoft Outlook 2016 or 2019, forwarding LeadGen emails will require you to set up a rule for your inbox. To start, open “Manage Rules & Alerts” after clicking on “File” in the upper left of Outlook.

In the “E-mail Rules” tab, click the “New Rule” button and then select “Check messages when they arrive” and click the “Next” button.

In the Rules Wizard, check the box for “from people or distribution list”. Click the link under “people or distribution list” and enter the leads@woorank.com email address.

After clicking “Next”, check the box for “forward it to people or distribution list”. Click the link under the text “people or distribution list” and enter the email you want to receive LeadGen emails. Click the “Finish” button.

And you’re done.

You should now receive your leads at the new email address.

If you are having trouble setting up auto-forwarding, or your emails aren’t forwarding for some reason, contact support for your email provider.
