Why did I receive a receipt instead of an invoice?

WooRank automatically issues receipts instead of invoices for any account that does not have a valid VAT number.

You can add your VAT number by updating your billing details in your My Account page.

Please note that we can’t change receipts or invoices that have already been issued. Any changes to your billing details — including VAT number — will be applied to your next invoice.
