Do you charge VAT?


We have to add the VAT rate of your country to all clients based in the European Union without a valid VAT number and all clients based in Belgium (as required by law).

Please note that we cannot alter invoices already issued. As a consequence, make sure to add all your billing details and VAT number before any payment. You can add/update your VAT number and billing details anytime in the My account section. 

If you are a company who pays monthly via PayPal please make sure that you send your VAT number directly to our Customer Care team ( in order to avoid VAT charges. 

Please note that in order for VAT to be properly removed from your invoice, your VAT number must be from the same country as your credit card or PayPal account:
