We cannot alter invoices already issued. As a consequence, make sure to add all your billing details and VAT number before any payment. You can add/update your VAT number and billing details anytime by visiting the My account section.
In order for VAT to be properly removed from your invoice, your VAT number must be from the same country as your credit card or PayPal account:
