If you are an existing client, your credit card payment may have failed for a number of reasons.
Here is a list of the most common cases that we see:
- The monthly card spending limit has been reached.
- The card has expired.
- Your card has been reported lost and your new billing information has not been updated in your WooRank Account.
To fix the problem, you can go to your account page (My account) and update your billing information.
We have an automated process in place which attempts to bill your card several times before your account gets automatically canceled for non-payment.
