If we don't have a valid VAT number registered, we automatically issue 'receipts'.
If you'd like to receive invoices instead of receipts, please add your VAT number in the "My account" page, by clicking on "Change/update billing".
- Please note that we cannot change the content of an invoice that has already been issued.
For this reason, please ensure that WooRank is aware of any essential information to be included on invoices before your next billing date (address, name of the company, VAT, etc.).
